E.W. Menn Kombi-Washer Assembly Units

KOMBI-UNITS are extremely flexible systems for the assembly of one or two captive washers and screw blanks with an unsurpassed working range.

Especially noteworthy characteristics:

  • Very wide working range
  • Single or double washer assembly as desired
  • Excellent for assembly also of special washers such as electrical connections, intrernal/external tooth, start, spring or square washers
  • Output rates up to 500 peices per minute
  • Blanks are lowered through the inner diameter of the washers and are not caught by the end of the shank as with other systems
  • KOMBI-UNITS can be fitted to all EW Menn thread rolling machines
