E.W. Menn AF Series Rollers

The AF-Series offers its worldwide users a combination of proven technology with features normally found only on much more expensive machines. Since their introduction in 1994 the AF-Series Thread Rollers have become the machine of choice for a large portion of the industry.

Simple controls make setup and operation fast and easy. Adjustment of the feeder bowl and rails is simultaneous. Speeds up to 1,000 pieces per minute provide high output day-in and day-out. When equipped with frequency inverter drive product range is further enhanced. Ingenuity, technology and simplification come together beautifully in this series.

Height adjustment of the feedrails and feedbowl console is done simultaneously using single adjusting screw. A scale indicates the set height for the rails.

The start mechanism offers high precision combined with simple adjustment.
